Our events wouldn’t be possible without the help of dedicated volunteers—and we’re always looking for extra hands.

From check-in and event setup to food service and bartending, there are many ways to get involved and help create a great experience for our community. Whether you can lend a hand for a few hours or support an event from start to finish, your time makes a real impact.

Volunteer with Us

Earth Day Celebrations

April 18 | Santa Rosa Park, SLO
April 25-26 | Alameda Park, Santa Barbara

Greet visitors, organize merchandise, hand out flyers, and assist with setup and teardown. It’s a great way to meet people and help spread the word about Los Padres ForestWatch.

Raptor Experience

May 17 | Topa Institute, Ojai

Help out at the event while learning all about raptors—roles include setup, check-in, guest guiding, raffle sales, and lunch support.

Volunteers can attend one session and enjoy lunch.

The Wilderness Table

June 7 | Larner Vineyard, Solvang

Our Wilderness Table events are designed as outdoor multi-course dinner experiences for our donors and friends.

Help with set-up, decor, greeting and guiding guests, check-in, parking attendant, bar service, or table service.

What People Say

LPFW has created a presence within the Santa Barbara community that is far reaching with a diverse range of opportunities for all to become involved. These opportunities range from volunteer clean-ups by becoming a ‘weekend warrior,’ to partnerships with local companies that build community.
