In honor of Earth Month, Bettina has selected Los Padres ForestWatch as April’s nonprofit partner—donating $1 from every charity pizza to support our mission to protect Central California’s public lands.
The Sugar Snap Pea charity pizza is leveled up with braised sugar snap peas, asparagus, escarole, and leeks, layered over hand-pulled mozzarella, fromage blanc, garlic oil, pine nuts, and a pasture-raised Munak Farm egg.
