The weather cooperated, the wine was poured, and as our guests embarked on a tour of the gorgeous vineyard, the table was set for an amazing feast overlooking the greened vines of Groundstar.



Rock 12 Distillery began the festivities by serving up a choice of several intricate cocktails while our guests got ready for their stroll through the vineyard, where they learned about the bio-dynamic farming techniques and then tasted the results! The wines served throughout the evening were impeccably paired, each a unique, local treasure.


Dinner was served al fresco at a long family style table, with ForestWatch staff intermingled throughout, so that our guests had plenty of time to get to know more about what we do.


Chef Jake Francis created amazing courses for the dinner with ingredients that also came from nearby. It was a enticing balance of flavor, freshness and color.
