Carrie Miller is a partner at Trellis Wealth Advisors and a committed steward of California’s natural landscapes. Raised in San Luis Obispo, she returned to the Central Coast after two decades in San Francisco, where she built her career in Charles Schwab’s institutional custody business. During that time, Carrie volunteered with the Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, helping monitor bird and marine mammal populations. Today, she shares responsibility for her firm’s management and client relationships. A passionate birder for more than twenty years, Carrie loves introducing people to the joy of observing birds in their native habitat. Inspired by the beauty of Los Padres National Forest, she believes that helping more people experience the wilderness in their own backyards fosters a deeper commitment to protecting it. She hopes that engagement will inspire the stewardship needed to preserve these extraordinary wild places for generations to come.
