Henry is highly delusional, loving, and an explorer at heart. He grew up roaming the Montana forests, feasting on random bones, hanging out at ski areas, and challenging any living thing in the vicinity—Henry’s delusion is what makes him so tough at only 6 pounds.
Henry migrated with Martín back to California in 2022, settling down alongside the Sespe Creek. Henry loves exploring the riverbed—getting in every crevice between rocks and debris, chasing birds, lizards, squirrels, and flies. Don’t let his small size fool you. His determination is admirable!
As Henry has gotten older, he has transitioned into a life of peace and relaxation, while ensuring his reputation as a tough and formidable opponent stays intact with displays of strength through barks, growls, and side eyes. Henry enjoys sitting on laps, looking at you like you have something on your face, and having your undivided attention… especially at 2am.
During his time with ForestWatch, Henry hopes to spend the majority of his time supervising Martín, trying to get his attention, and receiving all the back scratches he can get.
