Keri brings more than 15 years of experience leading communications, marketing, and storytelling for mission-driven organizations across California and Hawaiʻi. She holds Master’s degree in Communicology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Salisbury University. Her work has centered on elevating community engagement and inspiring action for conservation, culture, and the arts. She has guided communications for the Land Trust for Santa Barbara County and arts organizations across the Central Coast, helping connect audiences to meaningful stories that celebrate people and place. At ForestWatch, she focuses on crafting compelling narratives that highlight the importance of protecting wildlife, wildlands, and equitable access across the region.
Keri feels deeply connected to California’s landscapes and believes that protecting public lands is one of the most meaningful legacies we can leave for future generations. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, cross-training, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
